FlowGenIQ BlogPilot helps site owners create, review, schedule, and publish content through Wix Blog.

Your workspace and instructions

Use the service only for sites and provider accounts you are authorized to manage. Keep credentials secure. You control the sources, keywords, brand assets, image choices, daily limits, and publication settings. Enabling automatic publication authorizes the app to publish eligible articles according to those settings. You can pause campaigns or disable the engine; already-running requests may finish.

Your content and rights

You retain your rights to material you provide. You permit the app and its selected service providers to process that material as needed to perform your requested functions. You are responsible for having rights to uploaded documents, logos, images, trademarks, links, and other assets, and for complying with any stock-image license or attribution requirement.

Review and accuracy

AI output and automated validation can be incomplete or incorrect. Review facts, claims, citations, images, accessibility text, and rights before publication, especially in regulated or sensitive subject areas. SEO, AEO, and GEO features do not promise search rankings, indexing, traffic, or inclusion in AI answers. The service is not a substitute for professional advice.

Provider accounts and charges

Paid AI-included subscriptions use BlogPilot’s managed provider connection. You do not need a separate AI account or API key. If you choose an optional personal provider connection, that provider bills your usage separately under its pricing and terms. Usage estimates may differ from actual provider charges. BlogPilot subscription prices, renewal terms, and cancellation controls are shown by Wix before purchase.

Acceptable use and availability

Do not use BlogPilot to violate others' rights, publish unlawful content, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt services. Features depend on Wix and external providers and may be unavailable or change. Access may be limited to address misuse or security issues. Keep your own content exports.

AI included plans

Where offered, your selected BlogPilot plan includes the displayed article and AI image allowances. No customer API key is required. Started creations and requested image regenerations reserve allowance, including uncertain operations pending support review. Publishing an existing draft does not use another article credit. Limits reset on the date shown in your dashboard; upgrades do not reset existing usage. Plan limits pause creation without automatic overage charges. Optional personal provider connections are billed separately by the provider. Prices and purchase terms are shown in Wix before checkout.

Leaving the service

Export your content before removing the app if you need a copy. Uninstalling stops the Wix connection and pauses campaigns, but does not remove content already published on your site. See the Privacy Notice for retained data and deletion requests.
